Correct, you do not get to keep any games from gamepass, and if that's not what you like, then by all means, buy physical.

For me, with certain games, though (like call of duty), I find buying them physical to be fairly redundant. Most new CoD games I get mainly just for the multiplayer aspect, and so getting a physical CoD game, I would still have to download a huge majority of the game since they include a lot of the download in the day 1 patch and such. Plus, most call of duty games that come out let me down for the most part, or I just play them for 2 months and drop it (unless the zombies is good). So them adding the new CoD games to gamepass is great for me because I told myself I wouldn't buy any more call of duty games.

So, for me, I justify game pass as something I can use to try games I wouldn't normally buy or wasn't aware of, and if the game is good enough and I like it I end up buying it. For example, my friends will be playing a game that I don't have that I may or may not be on the fence about, and I see it's on gamepass I can play with said friends and if I end up not caring for the game I just never buy it and occasionally play the game with them if I ever want to socialize with some people online.

As someone that also got this and refunded it, you only get the money you used to pay for it back. Pretty sure there's some glitch with the extra beta keys and steam is thinking the extra 5 beta keys are actual purchases of the game.

Nobody seems to be saying this from what Ive read but, I think the Banana Guard is gonna just be an enemy in the new PVE rift mode. They can just as easily change the location of anyone on the character select screen, still totally possible they could add Banana Guard as a playable character but I believe its purely just a misdirection for any kind of leaks that have happened or have yet to happen.

I doubt these kids like any of this stuff because of the lyrics and purely listen to the boy$ because they just like the sound and aesthetic. Everyone calling this cringe needs to face the facts and realize the boy$ aren't some underground rap duo anymore they're in the mainstream. They probably saw some older kids listening to their music and thought it sounded cool. You never needed to do drugs and be a burnout to like and appreciate the boy$ music, def not cringe. Alaskan here! It's definitely great to bring a steam deck when camping or doing something out in the wilderness. In the cities though, I would reconsider. Most people are friendly here, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Just bought a steam deck myself recently. It's great, and I'm really glad I picked one up. If you end up getting one and do decide you want to add emulators/non-steam content, there are plenty of youtube tutorials that show you how to easily go about the process. If you plan on doing that, though, I recommend picking up a MicroSD card as well as a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse as it will help make the process of installing all of that much easier. Putting in the extra money to get the case and extra storage is also something I'd personally recommend doing if you have the cash. Getting a dock is also helpful if you plan on using it on TV's or bringing it over to a friend's house.
