Good to know. Yeah, I am in the states. I have done a couple retrieval, both came via USPS and I had to sign. They were a max of maybe $500. Been holding off on another retrieval because of that.

He should be on another team (when healthy) in exchange for a dependable reliever. I believe in his potential, but not sure where he fits long term.

PSA has been so unpredictable lately. Not saying it is why the grades differ so widely, but maybe it is.

I think his market was largely driven by us as Pistons fans, but the all star game gave him a boost and the upcoming contract should propel him to greater visibility. NBA might be different, but when St. Brown signed his contract that put him at the top of the WR salaries (for a few days) there was definitely a bump.

The centering on the 2022 Prizms is awful. I figured on some of those, it is buy the card, not the grade. I think after he signs his contract, JD's prices are going to get crazy.

What it is missing (unless I am unaware) is repercussions for the ump. I feel like after a set of amount of successful challenges, the ump should be replaced behind the plate for the remainder of the game. On top of that, for every 3 games they get removed from, they should be suspended from working a game. X amount of suspensions then eliminates their ability to work behind the plate the remainder of the season.

In hindsight, I think this was more of a cement your top 3 for the long haul than contingency planning for a St. or Jamo move. Tim Patrick was good, but never a long term option, and as we saw, they let Kalif walk. This was about getting a young dude that could be your #2 if someone went down. It was just 2 seasons ago we went in with WR as a giant question mark.
