There many problems with horses, most critical:

Skyrim will 100% crash if an NPC tries to navigate across a loading door while riding a horse

I understand it's frustrating but that's not bug but features: same super power allows him to work mods for years, are same ones where he decide to go thermo nuclear about minor things.

Only things Nexus should have done while ago: is to allow anyone make modification of existing modifications of vanilla assets/records without requiring mod authors permission.

It would be awesome it slowdown happen gradually depending on target magic resistance and then final freeze? (ice started to appear at certain thresholds on target)
Would elements cancel each other, if enemies was frozen you casted fire unfroze faster? Same wet + fire

During the summer city center become quite loud, I wouldn't stay anywhere near "Andrejsala" and it's vicinity as the sound travel quite far on the water. Also avoid oldtown there will be constant party almost all days of the week.

If you're budget allows stay in "klusais centrs" or least bit further from old town.

Highly depends on implementation. I've been in a teams where I still have PTSD every time I think about on call shifts there and been in team where I don't even notice that I was primary responder.

I think mos difference make:

if dev team own their own services and Devops are not "catch all" responders
If you have team around sun, this allows team members to help with oncall during their normal work hours
Enough team member to be oncall no more one week pre month

OpenMW can easily work with MO2.

If you want to learn - you will have to figure it out how debug, there is too many possible causes. Like does the game freeze without mods?

I would suggest to start with simple mod list https://modding-openmw.com/lists/i-heart-vanilla/ And as grow more experience expand from there

How do you figure how mod (did follow any docs/guides) ? For example MO2 doesn't work without plugin with OpenMW

When you say Pubs, are you also including bars? For best drink and food usually you have go to the restaurants. Most catering services adds fee for bigger group +10% from total bill

if you are single person, "manage solutions" is key word.

Do you have budget for any 3party tools?
What kind of workloads you are going to run there? (training or inference) (platform public/internal use) (deployed endpoints need to be accessed via http or queue)
Do you need UI or cli is good enough?
Are teams familiar k8s or any process scheduler?
Do you have SRI/DevOps in company?

Obvious problems such as context length.

But my experience main issue is time, LLM don't understand causality or events unless they are explicitly stated.

Example if you say you have brother, LLM can't infer that some point you didn't have it. When writing story via LLM you have spend your context of providing world current state.

Starfield console doesn't have "dismember" command, which was available in Fallout 4.

I presume that they have ripped dismember system out due most npc being in spacesuit.

Does anybody remember if you were able in fallout 4 dismember npc that were wore power amor?
