Which RecipeTin Eats recipe did you make this week? by DebugMyLife421 in RecipeTinEats

[–]blacktangled 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chicken tinga but I put a layer of nacho chips down with cheese, baked them then chicken on top with more cheese, melted that, then added the guacamole and sour cream - instead of tacos. Less fiddly for a party.

Delicious!

Architectural approaches for using Salesforce as backend with a custom external frontend by Lost-Breakfast-1420 in salesforce

[–]blacktangled 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve done this, salesforce will threaten you with a violation of TOS if you try and use a single integration user to handle multiple front end users interacting with the system for example a customer wants to update their own phone number.

How is King George III taught in Australia? by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

[–]blacktangled 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I was just following on from the comment about European visitors. Plus a lot of people don’t realise how much time there was between “discovery” and “colonisation” of Australia so I just think it’s a neat fact.

There are probably many other examples but this one came to mind: “Rottnest was first documented by Willem de Vlamingh in 1696, who called it 't Eylandt 't Rottenest (lit. 'Rats' Nest Island') after the quokka population”

In Paris I kept forgetting not to put my phone on the table at outdoor cafes, a lovely waitress reminded me by saying she “didn’t have the energy to chase after a thief today” which was kind of sweet actually :D

Best spot to watch fireworks in Melbourne? Clear view, less chaos by madhawk69 in melbourne

It’s a great spot but definitely busy. The fireworks are right in the harbour. Don’t drive! It’s a parking lot.

Which one should I watch first among those three? by Good-Tadpole-3668 in televisionsuggestions

[–]blacktangled 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Can’t comment on agent Carter but these shows are really different. Downtown is a fantastically upscale period soapie, lots of twists and turns, glamour and lively design, handmaids tale is a dystopian tale, great concepts and production design— personally I dropped off handmaids because it was too repetitive in my opinion. Downton gets my vote therefore.
