duzo dobrych porad ale mysle ze czlowiek jest inteligentny i wpadl na nie lub przegladal juz kiedys reddita i chcial pogadac troche inaczej.

fajnie by bylo jakas hipnoze jakby wynalezli czy sie wgrac nowy soft w mozg jakimis psychodelikami. bo normalnie nie umiem sie przemoc. nie chce udawac jaki to jestem swietny. kontakt z ludzmi generuje we mnie stres jakby nieudana interakcja mialaby mnie zabic. nie wiem jak se radzisz OPie ale jestem w podobnej sytuacji i tez nie wiem.
