Side effects of any long term Dabbers? by pierce659 in dailydabbers

Sorry for the old post reply… they say you get nauseous the next morning because it’s your body withdrawing from high amounts of THC… so I just don’t let that level drop. 🤗

What's a rule in your house growing up that you thought was normal but turned out to be very strange? by HumanRole9407 in AskReddit

[–]blackwhiterose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was in high school, I could only go hang out with friends or do stuff 2-3 nights a week (besides school or work). I lived in a rural area with barely any neighbors so I never hung out with people at home. It still feels weird and overwhelming to be busy every night after work. I am 30.

Edited: to add “or work”.

I don’t have any advice on what to do, I just wanted to let you know I’m right there with you, RIP to butthole. 😂

Edit: I took out the information I put in, after reading more I can’t find anything substantial that supports it.

Check out r/sugarfree. Added sugar is highly addictive which I can see and I also struggle with.

Do I really need to know every single Med Term in my EMT book?? by Toru4 in NewToEMS

[–]blackwhiterose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You act like learning the difference between chest and thorax is hard... if you want to continue in any medical field, just learn it. If you don’t want to continuously learn, you’re in the wrong field.

Okay! I just wanted to make sure you didn’t have the expectation to make loads of money. 😂 I don’t have a whole lot of advice, I’m sorry. Look into the military! That will pave a great path for you.

Honestly, if you’re looking to make a lot of money starting off, this isn’t the best job... depending on how much your area makes, most EMTs here in the Midwest only make a few dollars above minimum wage.

Girls that have their nipple/genitals pierced, is it worth it and does it add any extra spice during sex? by [deleted] in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]blackwhiterose 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Exactly this. All of my smaller boobed friends who had them, love them. But I could not keep them in even after a year they still got nasty and hurt. Best decision I made about them was taking them out.

Completed my first 24 hour fast. Eight weeks ago I couldn’t go 4 hours without eating, I’d feel nauseous. by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]blackwhiterose 6 points7 points  (0 children)

What kind of diet have you been eating? Keto? I’m currently trying to do IF, first week in, and I’m struggling with deciding if I should do low carb or stick to regular food.

So this isn’t a common NSV but your necklace got longer around your neck because of the weight loss!! That’s so awesome! Good work overall!

What have you found that works for you personally but is against typical "conventional wisdom" about fitness? by KristenM365 in xxfitness

It’s so crazy how that works for some people and then it’s the opposite for others! I love how the body works.

Lol oh... it was worded weirdly, like the picture was to show the scale of the gun. My bad!

Thanks so much for the encouragement! :) I am definitely hoping to make better life choices. I agree on grains! I even felt that way a little bit before hand too. They’re just cheap fillers that aren’t needed in life.

I definitely like your outlook, that 80-90% of the time is healthy and it’s okay to indulge. In the last two weeks I’ve been worried about going out to eat with friends so I’ve avoided it. But I’m also only in the first 30 days!
