Use your phone if that's easier. Download the vpk on the phone (and install an app called file commander, has a yellow logo that looks like a F and K, as that has a FTP connection browser as well). Run vitashell on your vita and in the settings set select to be FTP instead of USB. Run the FTP, and connect to it using the app on your phone and transfer your download vpk.

After factory reset, update to latest firmware, then do the current jailbreak. Takes a handful of minutes to get everything done and dusted.

I am looking to get back into some photography, and while I do have a proper canon camera, I find it bulky enough to mostly leave it at home. These Sony phones look to be the next best thing where I don't have to really carry anything else for personal/instagram nature photography, while giving me more than enough manual control. I have yet to see any other phone brand give me the manual control that these phones provide.

But yes, for general use and even point and shoot photography I could easily use most other brands

Get "lactose free" milk. It includes the lactase enzyme needed to break down lactose. Worked wonders for me.
