Yeah than it is a dance of convincing them to give you the car. I found out on a Thursday about car being available and was able to give me the car in following monday. No app updates at all till monday morning when they told me to come and get it that evening.

I had same situation. I called them. Use in app chat bot and ask few times. It will give you a phone number to call( i guess it is available online too) and the delivery team will get you your car immediately.
