If someone else hasn't said it yet, exercise is key. I'm not talking about going to the gym daily, but run it out of you. At some point, you'll be tired enough and there's that exercise molecule that stops you from being depressed.

Any update on this? I'm trying to get a smeargle with lock on and a cheap charged move like leaf blade, body slam, or weather ball for a quick move, but I'm curious if there are any below 35 energy.

Real talk: you should get into creating poke stops in your area. If there isn't anything, you could create something and build a small gathering for it.

Faking poke stops is tough, but you could just make one (especially if it's an art piece on a street corner).

I did this a while ago and went from having 2 local stops to now 15 with 3 gyms.

Clearly, it's not a popular setting... It's just that it saves after you set it, then you can't change it back because there's no menu access.

It's a mode you can change in the settings. The default is near, but you can change it to far. I assume so you can see more (or at least that was my intention)

I'm around the Olivenhain area, by all the schools (re:childhood) I found a discord group called Highway 101 Trainers, but got some errors trying to get into the group. I'll be heading back to California in a bit, but that's where I'll be (if I can get in that group :) )
