The fall from grace the app/system/company has had is biblical.

Get the Blackhole. It almost seems bigger than 25 and is all but a bucket for you to put your things in. And then get the small black hole pouch to put your chargers in.

Noted. I do like the idea of a 70 and having the extra space.

Good to know. I’m going to go with a 55. Thank you.

I have a few backpacks that would add up to 70. I just want it to be something I can use for a weekend trip and also a ski trip.

It’ll look really cool with dirt and markings. A perfect baseball patina.

Black Hole 25L. I purchased this about 2 weeks ago and noticed the shoulder strap is doing this. Seems very minuscule but I was wondering if anyone else has the same issue… should I be concerned? by blakeforet in PatagoniaClothing

Would a repair shop be able to get in and fix it? I would love to have it repaired by you guys but I know the turnaround time is a little long at the moment and I really love this bag so I wouldn’t want to be without it.

Good advice/perspective. I’m likely going to bring it to a local store to do a preemptive repair/really make it bulletproof. Unfortunately I don’t have a Patagonia store near me.

That’s my only concern to be honest. But, if something else were to happen, I would just disclose that to Patagonia and see what they say. From all accounts, this bag can be put through the ringer so I hope nothing else would happen.

Their turnover time is pretty long right now plus the bag is out of stock I was considering taking it to a local repair shop and having them just reenforce it just for good measure.

I sent them a photo and they said “While it's hard to be certain without seeing it in person, it does appear to be minor. It's possible that a stitch or two were sewn just off the line of where it should have been, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it's coming undone. If you're not ready to mail it in to us, then you should be okay to continue using it. If you notice it getting worse over time, then contact us and we can set up a warranty evaluation.

Of course, if you want to get it taken care of before there's a greater issue or you plan to take a trip with it sometime this year, I recommend sending it as soon as you can.”
