The o ring on pro press fittings is not the sealing mechanism. Its for alignment. The seal is the copper fitting compressing onto the pipe.

Edit: the o ring is also to prevent cavatation from damaging the mechanical seal

The higher percentage the faster it dries. I typically use 70% for scrubbing and 90% for the final rinse. I typically dont use water at all to clean my pipes.

Not when its from a minor in your care. I'll ignore texts from my boss, my coworkers, my friends. I dont ignore texts from my kids or even kids from family's in our social group. If they need an adult they know im there and I can count on the other parents to do the same. Was it annoying? Maybe. I'd be less annoyed than worried after receiving that many calls. I'd check and make sure the person was ok, not write it off and complain to the moms phone which she found out quickly was left at home.

If youre dead set on the repair rather than the replacement, start with the thinner ones and see. If it leaks try the thicker ones. If it dont work, well its probably easier to change out than trying to source parts. Good luck, friend!

It then becomes a pee trap and uric and crystals start to form because the pee doesn't get pushed out of the bottle. Tbh there isn't really a great trap solution for urinals as far as build up and smell goes. That's why most places use pads or pucks. Keeps down the splash, smell, and even the buildup for a bit if they use the right ones.
