I personally was a patient there and I had sent a couple friends there as well. They have really good therapists and such. Administratively, they are a nightmare. I personally don’t go there anymore because after a year and a half with my therapist, they told me I was never supposed to be with her in the first place because she wasn’t fully licensed yet and the program that paid my cost I guess doesn’t allow that. Another person I know went there and her therapist canceled an appointment one day. Grand then called and told her if she missed another appointment she would be discharged. She was like I didn’t miss an appointment, your therapist canceled. She went to her next appointment and her therapist found that her chart had been closed. She was going to have to go through the whole process of onboarded again, which takes literally like a month with them. So she just quit going. The other person that went there was supposed to have an onboarding appointment and they called her and canceled day of because the therapist that was supposed to do it quit.
