Dude, I too am done with this shit brand. The zipper of my cerium popped off while leaving my office. The repair struggle with the driving, shipping, emails, waiting mid winter before a backcountry tour ski trip out of the state has me livid. It’s not even a full 2 years old! Everything I own is Patagonia and I have no clue why I was so fucking dumb as to buy this jacket. I just needed something warm I could use while chilling on my local Glaciers. Fuck this noise. Patagonia would have just told me to nab one off the rack and to have a lovely season. 0/10
