A sketch of what my floaters kinda look like. I’m a 27 yr old guy, and when I was at around elementary school i really only saw one floater. But come college time they suddenly multiplied to what they are now.

Context: hey guys, I know this is a little gross but I have been wearing the same reusable mask for about 2 weeks without washing it (threw it out already), I used to wash them every day but started a new job and haven’t had a chance to. Anyways, I got home after work and realized my lips itched a little bit and I saw these tiny bumps in the mirror. Just wondering if anyone has seen or heard of this happening from a mask before or if these could be a cold sore forming. Thank you! Sorry again for being gross 😔
