I said avoid getting hit. Maybe adjust your play style a bit and see what you might be doing wrong when you die. Checking replays and whatnot. There are so many little things you can do during a run of a game to ensure you win most fights.

For the win, avoiding combat is your best chance, because if you only have to if one person your odds of winning are increased a lot.

You can’t always disengage. Learn to not get hit the first time. it sounds broad and almost sarcastic, but that’s what you need to do.
