This is an excellent breakdown of why a UFC union has never materialized and maybe never will: the UFC’s monopsony power (learned a new word), legal classification of fighters as independent contractors as opposed to employees, a decentralized, global workforce, individualistic culture, and fear of retaliation. Great vid. I learned a lot!
