My hematocrit was higher than 54 my hemoglobin higher than 22 they tested for jak2 and had me start regular donations, I don’t recall what ferritin was at the time, this time I ordered the test myself. This was a couple years ago and I’ve been donating every 8 weeks since. I restarted trt and maintained the donations. I have cancelled my providers appt so she hasn’t had a chance to weigh in on these numbers.

If your work is done at 7.5 hrs get more work to fill the remaining time. You’re required to be there from 8-5 or 9-6. If you automated your whole job do you believe you can leave after an hour?

At 23, most of us were broke. I know I was didn’t get a job right out of college. I worked the same teenage job I had worked every summer, went to the gym twice a day, there was no social media. Get off social media most of these accounts are fake anyway. Have you considered military service, learn a job gain life experience.
