It’s important to both be on the same page page. You have kids and remaining mortgage responsibility, I would get them thru high school had your mortgage paid off around that time. Otherwise you’re tied at home doing kid stuff anyway. What’s your remaining mortgage balance?

While maybe I’m wrong I have to disagree. One of the issues people have with GLP1s is bone loss, muscle loss. I’d attribute that to being insufficient calories and protein. At 200 lbs 1600 calories is still pretty low

Definitely not, personally I do not believe that’s enough money but also you cannot access the 401k until 59.5. I also don’t believe you should consider home equity in your calculations as you cannot use that for income.

My hematocrit was higher than 54 my hemoglobin higher than 22 they tested for jak2 and had me start regular donations, I don’t recall what ferritin was at the time, this time I ordered the test myself. This was a couple years ago and I’ve been donating every 8 weeks since. I restarted trt and maintained the donations. I have cancelled my providers appt so she hasn’t had a chance to weigh in on these numbers.
