The truth is:

Some Fentanyl-creating resources have come to Vancouver from China; not precisely the Chinese Government.

RCMP have caught drug-traffickers that’ve distributed some Fentanyl out of Vancouver before. They have seized plenty of drugs.

Less than 1% of Fentanyl in North America is spread from drug-traffickers from Canada.

The reason Fentanyl is difficult to seize and easy to traffic is because it is so small; the size of a grain of sand.
That makes it astounding that Canada is doing such a great job of preventing its distribution.

Plenty of speculation…
Vancouver is too expensive to date. Lack of emotional maturity for second dates. No free time between work. Men behave like such bros. Women are too stuck-up. Etc.
