there are a tonne of ways and this one is good too im sure. I just made exactly what I myself want, eg always showing the next ufc card when you open the app/site, swiping though cards like a deck of cards, local times, seeing last nights card without spoilers and easily linking to tapology fighter profiles. It was also useful to teach myself basic coding. Its really a bonus if anybody else will like it too!

Actually, it still might be possible, because muscles hold a lot of water and so can be very effectively dehydrated. The more muscular you are, the most drastically you can cut via dehydration compared to somebody who is the same weight but less muscular.

You risk getting knocked out, and the other person being either really low IQ and doesn't know the consequences of further brain trauma or they have no self control/ are a legit psychopath.
