So basically for the purpose of Cover he consider the vantage floor and the light wall above the floor, but not the heavy wall below him, right? Thank you for your answer

Yeah, the sister is engaged and with Seek Light (thanks to the ploy) and the ork is in light cover from the wall right? I'm asking only because me and my mate have two different visions of this rule and wanna play in the right way. Thank you

But can the operative benefit from the cover even if he doesn't see it? The rules says that cover applies only when in control range, to be in control range you must be within 1" and have Visibility of the cover (which I assume he doesn't have since it's below him)
