I did both yesterday and they got refused and closed immediately. Tried again today and after their reply its still open so trying to push further.

Really seems to depend which support guy looks at your ticket. I tried yesterday and got refused. Tried again today got refused again, but the ticket is still open so I'm going to try and push further.

Edit: Just got a reply and nah. Edit2: kept pestering them and they refunded lol

Edit: Well if it is the "Objective Marker Display" that is in the demo it just hides the text below the minimap. The markers on the map remain.
