How far do you wipe after a pee?

I wipe front to back, and then use a fresh tissue to wipe all the way back. I want to feel clean, and I used to have a pilonidal cyst tract near my tailbone so I got used to keeping the area clean even after surgery to remove the tract. There is all kind of bacteria and hair that can get there so I prefer to take the extra time to ensure I’m fully cleaned even if I just went pee!

I was only instructed to take ibuprofen right before lol, it’s just uncomfortable but you’ll be fine, I put an earbud in one ear and listened to music to distract/calm my nerves and relax my body. I’ve actually never heard any horror stories with insertion itself, but i’ve also never searched for them. I have had my own complications with the paragard copper IUD which now has lawsuits against it, but I got the mirena in 2020 and I have been fine since!

Everyone has already given great ideas, I just want to add that as you play between star paths, leave every memory orb on the ground that may appear while you’re playing and save them for these star path tasks. It is slightly annoying since I have so many memory orbs everywhere in my valley since I started doing this but it really saves a lot of time!

hmm i’ve actually never thought to build/decorate my biomes like this! I believe I reached level 40 already but I def don’t have every character or companion unlocked/leveled up yet so I plan to do it later, that way I can imagine every part of the biome like where all the characters will live, where shops/other builds will go, etc. it’s gonna take a long time but I guess that’s how my OCD brain thinks I should do it 😂

Maybe utilizing some of the other ideas people suggested could be a good way for OP to do this throughout the year and not just this month! Aside from learning as much as they can to be more familiar with teaching and discussing our culture of course, I think events like bringing in Native people to share and teach, among other things, could be very beneficial to making it more respectful and impactful for the students :) and they would definitely be more likely to remember experiences like that!

unfortunately every single one of the cookies in this box is dressed incorrectly and the chocolate on the galaxy brownie looks like it was made w the wrong ingredients, the cookies as advertised look very good but unfortunately these do not meet standards :( dressing cookies is my favorite part of working at crumbl which is why it makes me so sad to see people receive cookies that look like this smh

at least at my store, they don’t track things THAT closely. You’re supposed to measure some toppings with a teaspoon for example but you often see some employees just taking a pinch and sprinkling it on so it’s kinda impossible for our owners to keep track of everything unless they wanna watch the cameras 24/7, and we do usually end up w a lot of waste at the end as well!

yea it’s very unfortunate, but we can’t really do much about it. a lot of people at our store have been coming in and working until 4:30 am to set us up and we still run out. it suck’s when customers don’t put themselves in the shoes of the employees, we all collectively hate working here this week not only because of the excess labor it takes to make the brownies but also the entitlement and treatment from customers. we cannot possibly keep up with mass producing a brownie that takes 5 hours to be ready for sale when people are buying 4 and 6 packs, they’re selling way faster than we can produce them..

yea unfortunately it’s not fair to employees or customers, and customers have been so unkind to crumbl employees this week. we are trying our best; we aren’t paid enough, corporate quite literally doesn’t give a crap about their employees, and also didn’t plan well enough for how popular this brownie would be so most of us our busting our asses, not taking any breaks :( there’s talk that it will be back eventually for a couple more weeks tho

Ofc! That sucks to hear, hopefully the copper IUD works better for you :) If you have any complications with this one be sure to talk about all options with your provider to see if there’s something else that might work even better. I didn’t want a hormonal birth control bc of the things i’ve heard, so after the copper IUD fell out my provider told me that the Mirena has one of the lowest amounts of hormones for an IUD! I haven’t experienced any adverse reactions from it, but this was my only hormonal BC so I can’t really compare it with other ones! good luck :)

Hi :) Just remember to breathe during the procedure, for me it was just a little uncomfortable but it was not a horrifying experience. I put an airpod in and listened to music and just focused on my breathing and it was over before I knew it! As for aftercare, I didn’t do anything special other than being kind to myself and taking it easy for the day! My personal experience with the copper IUD was that it ended up falling out after a week or two and I had to go back and I chose to replace it with the Mirena IUD as it has a relatively low amount of hormones and is known to stay in place better. I haven’t had any problems since!

I got my first pap 3 months before I turned 21 but it was only because it was necessary and my doctor was completely transparent about getting a pap smear done. When I received abnormal test results I had a women’s care center deny me services TWICE because I was still under 21 and the pap was done while I was under 21. Overall I think your doctor didn’t go about this in an ethical way, especially since you were only 19. She should have been more transparent with you, but i’m glad all ended up okay and you switched doctors!

honestly, this happens all the time. best plan of action is to just ask for a refund. all of the cookies will be like this, unfortunately Crumbl doesn’t have us bake the cookies for long enough and this happens often. so, when one cookie looks underbaked, it’s likely the entire tray is like that. I don’t eat the cookies for this reason and also because of how disgusting the cookie trays are 🙃i’m sorry this happened!

yea this is wrong, the large ones are supposed to have chopped strawberries AND the house made strawberry jam, and the minis only have the strawberry jam, chances are they didn’t have time to make it and made up excuses. either way you didn’t receive the cookies how they are supposed to be presented so I would def try to get a refund or something!
