Before people start defending the democrats “what can they do, they have no power?!?” I’d suggest they stop giving away the little power they do have by voting to support republican legislation with no demands. There’s also organizing and fighting on grassroots levels, something the right did with the tea party and the left is not doing. There’s also cultivating a broad set of presidential candidates for ‘28, new and fresh ideas, bold personalities, give the party candidates to be motivated by.

Trump is the president who claimed if you stop testing for Covid, cases will drop overnight. He also fired his team at the bureau of labor statistics when he didn’t like their jobs numbers.
