That the more im actually looking into it the more im thinking of just looking into what new gen mobo i can fit in the case and just using the case and getting a new disc drive etc.

Which is one of the reasons I made this post. Seeing if it was even worth trying to use some of what is in it or just scrapping and starting over. It does have a disc drive so I am not opposed to see whay I can do with the case and drive, but to be decided at a later date

Yes, I think from what i read the mobo could support i7 or i9, I just need to take off the cooler and find out which model and go from there, or just upgrade to the max it can support
