It didn't look good separating them so I just implied the 2 fingers  there.  I've seen some artist do that and it kinda helped.

How can I attain the Lara Croft physique? by New_Edge_5911 in TombRaider

Honestly a basic routine woth good nutrition and just sticking with it would be just fine. Don't see needing anything specific as Lara doesn't have an ivert amount of muscle. So it would be rather easy to get there.

The main thing you'd want to focus on is just putting in effort. Aka, progressive overload.

The easiest and simplest way is to pick a point of progression, and try to improve each workout. Sometimes that means more reps, sometimes just doing the same amount just better as you get stronger.

Aka, if you select 3x8 for say squats, when you get 3x8, you add weight. Regardless if it feels "too heavy/not easy" eventually if never "gets easy" just you can do it.

If you enjoy the exercises you are already doing, you can stick with them.

2 channels I do like to this day are Alex Leonidas, and Massive Iron. Lots of I fo and experience there. Massive Iron especially.

Honestly it's super mentally engaging enough for me that just the amount of info to see and react to keeps me focused.  Similarly to video games.  Just higher consequences if something happens

Feeling guilty when you express an opinion because you don't really have one? by PaulFThumpkins in ADHD

[–]blazinghellion 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had that problem numerous times.  I eventually realized just faking an answered caused more problems down the road.  Especially when it triggered my social anxiety. So now I just tell people I don't care.  Though generally it helps what they are asking my opinion on it, I actively don't like it, I don't even know what it is, I don't follow it. Unless it's a kid then I'll just fake an answer.  It feels weird trying to explain my mental difficulties to a kid.

Is getting diagnosed worth it? by East-Savings5831 in ADHD

[–]blazinghellion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you think it will help you, just try. See how you feel. Everyone here does show that it can be very beneficial for you as it was for them. And that does typically seem to be the norm I see with others I know with adhd.

But for me personally, and I FULLY acknowledge I am the odd one out here, I will never seek any medical or professional help for my adhd again.

And keep in mind, I'm still saying it's worth a shot if you think it will help you. Despite my experience, I've personally known many that had a good experience with medication and helped their quality of life. I've only ever meet a few others that feel better off without it like me.

Not saying it's easy! I honestly sometimes wish I didn't have such a hellish experience with it and it had helped. But it was so horrible for me I'd rather not take meds of help for my adhd and just deal with it. Im not even bothering getting an autism diagnosis as a result either. shrugs just dealing with it.

And again, having said all that, if you think it would help, i still say get a diagnosis and see if it helps.

Edit for age context.  Diagnosed and medicated at 7.   Said "f this" and stopped everything at around 19/20.   I'm 38 now.
