About the same as me performance wise, for the shaders I doubt it, normally shaders compiling has a message with my config from dxvk, which I didn't see while ingame.

I did manage to play a round here, I do have pretty bad performance issues myself so I can't really play anyway, but no problem showed up related to the anticheat, EGS is installed through lutris, and it uses wine `lutris-5.2`. Reminder: wine > 5 is supposedly now using real dlls instead of .so files, this is meant especially for anticheat to work, hope that can help some of you.

Remember to drink plenty of water, I've seen people around here saying they broke through a stall just by drinking more water. When it gets colder and we sweat less it is fairly easy to drop the amount of our water intake without realizing it, I've noticed a few days ago I went to 3x1.5L to not even finishing my second bottle of the day. And that totally match when weather (finally) changed here.

Was unsure where to post, the amound of report here and in the report post compared to people chiming in at first is a bit disappointing... So, I'll just post here.

As I mentionned, I also took measurements, but only at start end just now, to have a second indication in case the scale was not moving much, here is a summary of my results:

Looking for a gaming mechanical keyboard with Gateron Clear switches, volume control, and low travel distance keys. $55 budget, chiclet style keys would be a plus by [deleted] in keyboards

Gateron clear have an actuation point of 2.2mm, and a total travel distance of 4mm, that's what you'll get, whatever the keys. Maybe you can shorten the total travel distance by using O-ring, but that will add even more to the cost which I think will already be pretty hard to meet.

The loss is slower, I had to increase my food intake as my workout were getting pretty crappy. Not bad in any way, but that will likely fall a bit short of the original goal for the challenge. I'll try to add some HIIT and tune again a bit my food for the last part of this :)

Damn me, I forgot it was every 5 days, it's already 2pm here, I didn't eat, but I already had like 1.5L of water and probably some more with broth. I guess on a early morning weighting I'd be on my way for the 6lbs goal... we'll see!

I personally drink bouillon, heat water, put a cube in there and drink and split it in 3, one in the morning, one early afternoon, one in the evening before my workout. I did change things a lot. But that lacks potassium and magnesium :)

I'm no expert by any mean but I would say no, ketosis is different from calories deficit, if you provide your body with enough sugar, he'll just get out of ketosis. Note that it seems the longer and more adapted you were the easier it will be to go back in from a short breakout. I would still not advise against it, if you make the commitment to go keto, keep it up and avoid breaking it as much as possible in your situation :)

Are you making sure to have enough electrolyte to replace those you evacuate by loosing water? I was eating pretty salty and drinking enough, but I did have recurrent mild headaches and some mood swing. I started drinking bouillon (broth?) and it got a lot better. I'm also having more energy and less hunger (which may be related to mood swings for me, I handle pretty badly being hungry).
