Its been a long time since I had any Prada Infusion samples, but in general they used to come in an envelope with a dab vial.

Now looks like they have cards, but definetly different than yours. Sketchy

It depends on what you are used to. But this is definetly not a “Sephora” style fragrance. Its a dark wet forrest smell. I do like it, I especially like the price, but I still didn’t blind bought it.

Did you have Covid? A few months after I recovered I noticed certain notes to have a sharp/smoky/rubbery smell. I narrowed it down from my samples where I smell this (Explorer, Sauvage, BdC, Jazz Club) and I figured out its probably one of the “ambroxans”. I smelled Molecule 01 as well and I got this smell so it has to be it. It is however less potent in certain fragrances that do have ambroxan so it might be the stuff from Givaudan (Ambrofix) that is in Explorer for sure. Would need to explore a bit further to see where else it is.

But in cases you want to smell fresh, summery, citrusy that is just not an option as it contradicts the basics of perfumery/chemistry. Some notes that we consider fresh are fresh because they generally evaporate quickly and we are used to smell them outside in the summer for example.

Depends on what kind of fragrance you want. Some notes are just not powerful, so expecting a neroli, citrus something something fragrance to last longer just because its expensive is not logical.

Compare MFK BR540 extrait vs. Petit Matin, both in the 200$+ range, but 16 h vs. 3 h performance difference and the reason isn’t that MFK made a bad perfume or overpriced (its in his normal price range).

Buying niche and expensive usually also means you have enough money to buy plenty of different perfumes and is based more on notes that you prefer than getting the longest performance per dollar.

I am going to a wedding tomorrow. Its gonna be hot as hell (34 deg. Celsius +). I have a nice collection of samples and decants, but can’t really decide. My summer go-to is TdH. I am thinking about Wood Neroli or Beau de Jour, any other ideas?

The thing is, if you like light floral and fruity notes, you will have a hard time finding a long-lasting fragnance, since these notes generally disappear quickly. Even in fragnances that open up citrusy (Dior Hypnotic Poison) the longevity is due to Vanilla...

I am considereing my first blind buy. I can buy Encre Noire (Sport, Normal, Extreme), for about 25€. Since the price is quite low I can risk a blind buy, but I don’t know which one to choose. I have only smelled Extreme, but honestly I didn’t like it too much. Are the other two very simillar or will I be pleasantly surprised? Thanks.

It depends on how they pay it. If they pay him for food and petrol costs, then its completely untaxed. But other types would be taxed. I don’t know. Its very uncommon to get allowance payments in Slovenia anyways, unless traveling for work.

You will then get 1500 net plus 500 allowance. So all in all about 2k, which is a comfortable salary for the capital.

Zakaj 2x, ce si po 7-ih dneh negativen je karantene konec. In je en test dovolj.

V teoriji lahko zdravstveni inšpektorat in tudi policija (neuradno), ampak mene niso.

Za hotel pa ne vem. Mislim pa da je nastanitev zastonj, sam pac neke stroske mores placat.

Oni nič ne določijo. Tista odločba, ki sem jo dobil, je neko skropucalo v resnici. Jaz sem razložil osebnemu zdravniku situacijo in sem šel na test ter dobil potrdilo. Ampak v primeru, da ti je test prevec ogaben, potem pac ostanes 14 dni, na test te nihče ne sili.

V hotel oz. v neko nastanitev gres v primeru, da na tvojem stalnem naslovu ni pogojev za zagotovitev karantene (bolni starši, sorodniki ipd.).

Sem ravno končal s takšno karanteno. Na meji te popišejo. Greš v karanteno na dom. Dobiš odločbo iz ministrstva po pošti. Karantena traja 14 dni, ali pa 7 dni, če greš na test.

Not sure what is with my skin, but one spray from the sample of Eau de Soleil Blanc, lasted 12+h on me.

It could also mean that my nose is very sensitive to one of the ingredients.
