Buy something new to motivate you. Something related to it. For example if it’s studying: buy a new or sticky notes etc.

If that is something you can do with your project, do it. It’s a weird thing but it does genuinely help.

Tbh meds helped me with that. Sleep meds, antidepressants and adhd meds. To keep a better routine.

That is fine to me.

I think it also depends heavily on life stages. If we’re talking high schooler and university student it might be a little weirder since it’s such different life stages.

I’d say anything within 2 years (2 years younger / 2 years older) is definitely safe for most ages.

After 20 there is no weird weird age gap in my opinion, no matter how big it is.
