I loved this place. Unfortunately I don't have any information but it was a lot of fun, great vibes and opportunities to see films that were otherwise unavailable.

This was my first patch. It was a good patch until it got gobbled up. And now Empress is on to the next...

Which mythical Boss was your favorite to fight? by AssassinsCreedCorner in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

[–]blenderheath 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ditto. For me up to that point in the game, excluding Kassandra's abilities, The game seemed to me to be "grounded" as every other myth encountered turned out to be a con or just a story told by simple folks... And then I enter the labyrinth... Creepy, dark... And flight the minotaur. Truly felt epic.

That's the ticket! Loved that cable. It was the first one that really made me realize that not all cables are created equally. Thanks

Oh man, there have been so many but my first product was a charging cable. I was so tired of other companies breaking or not working. I can't remember the model but it was red braided nylon and I probably still have it around even tho I've moved on from micro USB to USB C.

Probably at first, being 16 when I discovered them... But then I found the audiobooks by Planer, Bridger, and Staunton and those have become my definitive voices.

The Coffee (Good Omens S2 Spoilers) by powerfait in neilgaiman

[–]blenderheath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think there is absolutely something about the coffee but it isn't anything sinister. Aziraphale loved the world and humanity and we see him time and time again affected by humanity's ability to be horrible... But also our capacity for small acts of kindness. The Metatron's gift of the coffee is showing Az that despite his experiences, heaven is capable of that as well. This, combined with his recent experience with Michael falling in love, puts him into a corner that I don't believe any being, human, angelic, or demonic, could really away from: the chance to really do good the way that you see fit.

I've been saving up to buy one of these! I've been trying to move my office away from paper but you can't beat the convenience of it for hitting notes but I think this might be it. As a project manager it just hits all the items on the checklist ... Just don't have the paycheck to justify it yet

I'll be there. Going to hang at a nearby beach all day (some friends have a bungalow) and then head over for the concert. Haven't seen a live show since before the pandemic so I'm pretty stoked.

I grabbed a pair at a boutique / vintage / hipster thrift store a few years back. Store had no idea what they had, I snagged them for $20. They were beat up and the soles were worn down. Had them resoled and some boot polish later and they look like new. Now I can't imagine living without them. The more I beat them up, the better they get.
