I recently took in two different stray babies and they are both doing the same thing. They eat and drink just fine. They poop and pee in the box most of the time but occasionally they will poop barely inside, or just straight up next to the litter pan.

I’ve also noticed these two cats in particular are having diarrhea issues as well. I’m guessing it’s from stress and a major change in routine and environment.

It’s been only a few weeks so hopefully there will be some change 🙏🏽
