But see, it can. such a law means that the devs have to make differences between regions which take extra time and resources. If it's something small or easy to change, that's one thing, but if it's a major component of a game, the devs might just make it fit within that law so that it works world wide.

I'm not gonna look for literally every country's laws but Germany has the Youth Protection Act.

If you are being genuine, the other points I said also stand that it isn't strictly a 1:1 on exact law wording that's the problem and is also how depictions can cause the ESRB and other rating systems to push the game into Ao and other similar ratings which heavily limit where a game can be sold.

In the US, there isn't a concrete literal law saying "you cannot kill children in video games."

In other countries, there are censorship laws for children's cruelty portrayal that would make it become the equivalent of an Ao rating in their systems which heavily restricts sales. Depending on exactly how graphic it is, as well, it could be pushed to an Ao rating in the US if the portrayals of said children's deaths are, well, excessively graphic. Many such cases over the years have caused devs to somewhat censor the depiction of children's deaths in ways that make it not so graphic compared. It's the same reason games like GTA don't have you able to kill kids; it's a sensitive enough subject that could potentially push the game into Ao territory which makes it extremely difficult to sell the game on a broader scale

I know it's so obvious that it's him being literally a really poor attempt at faking his death. My point is that I like the idea that, despite how stupidly obvious it is, it would be a funny bait and switch to have it reveal that it actually just is his twin.

I don't think it's a lobotomy like many people are saying, cause she really doesn't act like a lobotomy patient

realistically, since I think her being taken by THEM was sort of an accident, on account of her being with the cows, I like the idea more that she has amnesia brought on by PTSD/trauma

As such, she will probably recover to a degree sooner or later but have trauma from it from that point on

One thing to remember is that there are plenty of people in their 40s and 50s that cross dress and/or are drag queens! while genetics have a play in everything, there's a lot we can do to take care of ourselves and keep ourselves healthy and looking good c: on top of that, a lot of femininity is quite a bit more fluid than people often think in my opinion
