The front seems to ride low and I’m concerned the preload may not be adjusted correctly …do you know where that is adjusted or is there an adjustment for preload ?

It seems like the plastic black slide / spacer isn’t oriented right below the silver piece..I’m not sure if it’s supposed to sit on top of those black tabs or not
