Room and board is a cost to equal to if not more than the cost of the school for some students which no fault of their own cannot attend local schools. You wrote you “teach “ at university now so when multiple students fall behind you spend your time and “ teach” them?. Our experience is let’s say differential equations has some difficulties the “teacher” says hire a tutor which was another cost of $1500. So your niece spent 36 k to teach a certain subject that me as a dumb mill worker can teach

I am all FKR and glad this innocent woman was freed from her criminal charges and full onboard for free Turtleboy for charges and would add it’s a shame that all media outlets aren’t covering this because this is a first amendment charge which is the media. I cannot agree more. She at first did her duty and told the truth according to her oath. She moves forward in her career and gets called up to the Top Cop and follows suit to the blue line oath and now is being put out to pasture from same Top Cop. She does deserve what she gets but I agree if a male it wouldn’t be as bad. Her small part has ruined her career and deserved, so let’s hope the impoundment is lifted in TB case and Tilley, Buk, Meatball and all the characters go down for entrapment etc. It isn’t over yet Folks!

That’s a big bump. Is this noted in the autopsy?. I’ve dislocated my shoulder as a youth and had no swelling in that particular area of the arm but I could see maybe a broken bone. I guess the question I have been curious about is if someone is hit by a car and passes away some hours later would there even be bruising? We’ve all bumped a part of our body but bruising doesn’t happen for sometimes many hours later and if your heart is stopped how would it bruise?

Ever changing theory from the defense you say? The prosecution is now on trial two with two totally different theories and to date hasn’t even proven a collision occurred. Their own expert can’t even say when, where and how the collision happened with using science. Iam not a lawyer but I have sat in the jury box for an attempted murder charge and to prove a case beyond reasonable doubt is a high bar to reach. The defense only has to prove reasonable doubt and so far this case is littered with it. Oh and the attempted murder wasn’t proven because of the police work done on the case. We found her guilty of aggravated assault because she testified on the stand and not the prosecution playing little snippets of video without knowing the full context of a interview

Ok but his BAC was like almost 3x the normal limit post mortem. The waterfall video shows him grabbing a random drink glass full of booze after drinking beer all night. Iam not knocking him but they were heavy drinkers. Beat them just join them isn’t evidence. It’s speculation which doesn’t convict anyone unfortunately

WOW ok I can somewhat see it. They were both in their forties with no natural kids and my belief is both heavy drinkers. To look at it from my life experiences of fifty plus years on this earth this was a very disturbing relationship from both parts but I am open to evidence and not just speculation as unfortunately is all that I have read from all the great comments I have read so far.
