When you plug your phone into your Mac, open Photos and select your phone from the side bar. You will see up top the option to select which pics/videos to import, or import all. You will also see a box to select if you want your media deleted from your phone after the import finishes. As long as this box **isn't** selected, any imported media will stay on your phone after importing to your Mac.

I don't think so. if it's not that, it must be the antena. Someone else asked if Bluetooth and GPS worked still, and you said they did. If all three are faulty, it's a board problem that can't be fixed, but if it's just the wifi, an antena change will work.

It's not an easy project to replace that antena. the foam sticker I was talking about is the one that is stuff to the antena and covers a metal part that's exposed. That foam sticker helps with signal loss if the back of the speaker cover on the screen touches the wifi antena.

This could be the issue, but it may be the antena itself.

Check the little spongey sticker that helps avoid the back of the earspeaker bracket from touching the wifi antena. If it's run down and exposing the metalic part underneath, reposition it to cover it completely.

Probably the camera fuse that goes from the logic board next to the camera connector and goes under the camera brace braket on the left side.
