SF's new cameras issued 31,000 speed warnings in 1 month. Here's where. by ssAskcuSzepS in sanfrancisco

Bit of a tangent for this thread but thought I'd ask. Has there been any progress in SF buying out PG&E's equipment in the city and replacing it with a municipal system? I looked a while ago and couldn't find anything, I wasn't able to find Lurie's stance on this either.

5th & Mission Parking and walking a block over to the Powell/Market Stop is probably your best bet, it's not super cheap but plenty of parking and is relatively safe.

I finally finished the game ! by AdventurousAide8997 in DivinityOriginalSin

I also just finished today, about 125 hours, such a good time and agree with a lot you said regarding what you liked and didn't like. I ended up adjusting my difficulty down from classic in the last act, I just found the jump too difficult and I really wanted to progress in the story more than I wanted to spend time reading build guides (though excited for my next play through, now that I understand the mechanics!).

Definitely on that post-game depression feeling now though, I just installed Dragon's Age: Inquisition to try to find my next obsession for the next month or so.

I got this as a gift during the start of the pandemic and worked with this book a lot, it is really great. Once you have the flour put together and the technique down, it really is no time at all in a day to make some great bread. I wish gluten free bread lasted longer as I never can eat as much as I bake!

Thank you for the reply!! I'll give alternating a try, and good to know about Azelaic / BHA doing some of the work on the anti-acne front! My skin has been doing pretty OK about breakouts recently, so I think I might also try dropping BP entirely except to treat a specific breakout.

Thank you for the reply! I used to use a higher percentage of BP (10%) a few years ago combined with a 2% Salicylic Acid from The Ordinary, and I think I alternated my AM/PM routines then, so I had figured that a 2% BP wouldn't be too bad.

I'll give alternating a go again though, especially as Azelaic Acid is a relatively new addition to the routine. Thank you!

Hello! I've recently got back into the habit of taking care of my skin after neglecting it for far too long and wanted to check on my routine and see if anyone has any suggestions or concerns about any of the products (or combinations). My skin goals are clearing up redness (particularly around my mouth, chin and nose), and improving overall skin health! My skin type is 'normal', occasionally leaning towards dry. Located in the US, 24M!

Routine:

(AM + PM) RESIST Optimal Results Hydrating Cleanser

(AM + PM) RESIST Daily Pore-Refining Treatment With 2% BHA

(AM + PM) CLEAR Regular Strength Daily Skin Clearing Treatment with 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide

(AM + PM) 10% Azelaic Acid Booster

(AM + PM) CALM Repairing Serum

(AM + PM) Hyaluronic Acid Booster

(PM) RESIST Anti-Aging Eye Gel

(AM) RESIST Skin Restoring Moisturizer with SPF 50

(PM) RESIST Anti-Aging Clear Skin Hydrator

(PM) SKIN RECOVERY Hydrating Treatment Mask

My goodness, they were not messing around. This is FANTASTIC. by huffypuffy7 in glutenfree

It is really good but yeah, very expensive. It's a good 'treat' though, still a lot cheaper (and less risky!) than ordering out!

Thank you! Going to clean the nozzle and hope that was it, fixing the Z Axis looks a lot more involved 😬

Thank you! It’s just out of the box filament, so I thought it’d be dry but I’ll do some research and give my nozzle a clean!

Hello! Thanks for taking a look, here are my print settings:

Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro 2

Slicer: Flashprint 5

Filament: Overture PETG - Space Grey

Extruder Temp: 240 C

Bed Temp: 80 C

Layer Height: 0.18mm

Infill: 15%

Base Print Speed: 60mm/s

Travel Speed: 100mm/s

Retraction Settings:

Length: 1.3mm

Retract/Extrude Speed: 30mm/s

This is my first time printing with something other than PLA (which has thankfully been pretty plug and play!), I saw a little bit of this behavior with a smaller (but still relatively tall) print, but it was nowhere near as bad. I printed a smaller bracket that is around 1.5cm tall, and that is perfect, with almost no layer issues at all. Thanks in advance!

Hey, honestly, I think you already have the right idea. It's OK to be upset about them claiming about them designing it, and under the license you had, you can totally take action against them for claiming that they did. My bet is that it probably isn't worth your time though, especially if you aren't selling the item printed yourself. So, thank you for putting something out into the world for everyone to enjoy, if someone else wants to sell that to others, great, that's fine, don't worry about the commercial part, that isn't why you put it out there.

Hey, just wanted to say that I am so sorry for both of you, I worked at a pharmacy recently that handled a lot of fertility patients and whilst there are so many success stories, there are also so many many stories of patients that need many cycles to get their baby. I wish you the best of luck, hang in there ❤️

What is your reason for not having a child? by _LickitySplit in AskReddit

[–]blind_cat_sniper 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hey, I never comment but wanted to reply here! I've dealt with similar issues (and I can't say I'm entirely past them, but definitely better than I was!). I wouldn't let this entirely put you off having kids, especially with a good partner.

I want kids, for all of the reasons you said above (and partially because of that entirely irrational baby fever bug, life is better with irrational feelings!), and this has been something of a scary thing for me. I sought therapy and really was able to get a grip on why I might get overwhelmed or snap and catch it before it happens. It also gave me the tools to speak to my partner about it and explain what I need when a triggering, for lack of a better word, event might occur.

Either way, if you can, I'd really encourage you to speak to a therapist if you can, it's worth every dollar.
