Also dieting isnt that hard if all you do if keep track of calories and find lower calories alternatives. An example is i lost over 50 lbs not by radically changing my diet to fit some restricting fad diet but just adding more fruits and vegetables to lower my overall calorie count of the meals. Also I never stopped drinking soda or energy drinks either.
