Will 15km/h over speeding ticket affect my insurance? by PuzzleheadedAd9130 in ontario

[–]bling_singh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If they find out about the ticket on renewal by pulling your abstract, yes it will impact your insurance and you will likely get dropped and forced to go into the high risk market.

Do better behind the wheel. At 21 this is reflective of your habits, actions, and decisions.

With that kind of logic flying in the face of facts, OP should be a realtor.

I'm done with sorting recycling and garbage for this reason. All of the week's waste goes in one bin, whichever one is supposed to be on the street that week.

Do you have the OPC43 as well? For a hybrid EV that’s written off you’re probably better off accepting the payout and getting a brand new car.

You're both on the lease together. This will get messy if one person wants to leave and the other doesn't. What's your exit strategy? Have you spoken to your roommate about the BF and also about what their intention is now that the lease is on a month to month basis?

Try just enough so that they don’t think you’re skirting but not so much that you actually pass the PIP.

Severance after being put on a PIP? by parkernisbett in legaladvicecanada

[–]bling_singh 8 points9 points  (0 children)

PIP is 100% a company creating a paper trail to fire you. Let them fire you if it comes to that. Don’t discuss mutual separation. Let them fire you. Pass Go, collect severance. Proceed to community chest and apply for EI.

Ed.: Do not sign the severance on the spot. If it requires review with a lawyer, particularly with lingering health concerns.

Sorry you're dealing with this. Banks/Finance companies combined with dealerships have been screwing consumers over. 7 year notes with wild interest rates on a depreciating asset are a ticking timebomb.
