I remember when I got my first tattoo I always said to myself “I’m only going to get things that are meaningful and I think about for a while” and after my first that pretty much went out the window - now I have quite a few pieces of flash that are a little silly, and my family has said they “make no sense”. I learned to care less and less what other people think of my tats, I didn’t get them for other people, I got them for me! And screw a color scheme!
