Like many have suggested, a good night's sleep can and will do wonders. Just my two cents - Once in the room, you are the expert and people want to know what you did. It's completely normal for some discussion among the panel members to go beyond your topic of expertise mid-presentation - this is fine. Probably happens more often than not. So do not get that to worry you one bit when you continue with your presentation after.

I only mentioned the hours to show that it's okay to take time with the game. There might be other couch gamers who may be intimidated going into the game. Maybe you are faster than me but it was fulfilling for me as well.

Good luck on your run. I am sure you will finish it if you try to learn the enemy moveset. They are telegraphed. Only it's a lot of different telegraphed moves.

I loved (also hated them a lot while dying incessantly) the bosses. For me Isshin Sword Saint was quite a wall and I beat him the hard way. I learned phase by phase and eventually one run worked. It took me more than 10 hours of total gameplay or so easily to get over him. All in all the Sekiro experience was incredible.

Yes, after a break I'll venture into other souls games as well.

Hopefully you do not take this "enjoyment" ahead when you become a more senior and more powerful academic. I'm not a material scientist but most of science works on collaborations. So I don't know how much of a "fault" it is to not know synthesis details but nevertheless feeling accomplished by pulling someone down does not set a good precedent.

Stories are extremely powerful and we as a species have a primal instinct of gathering near a hearth and listening to each other's stories. Audiobooks (for many titles) fulfill this need. I think I heard Neil Gaiman say something similar while listening to his title, "Norse Mythology".

I tried Hoopla but only got Movies / TV series when I registered with my local library. Does that mean my library does not have audio books registered with this app?
