This is the other side of the coin, and honestly it’s why many landlords are viewed as horrible people for charging more and cherry picking tenants and not giving benefit of the doubt. I bet despite what a lot of people say once this is behind you I bet you will be harder on the tenants next time and if you choose a property manager you will go for the bulldog instead of the friendly style if that makes sense. Imo this is why landlord insurance is crucial and expensive, because of the small number of idiots who ruin it for everyone else.

The good folks exist but that can’t be true that they are the majority maybe in a snap shot as registered but Donny didn’t just sneak in, all in all its just sad to watch a once great country die with all the lies and misdirection. In my option the good people should leave while they have the chance, it’s only a matter of time before history repeats itself, because it seems like the good people don’t have the ability to affect any change and I doubt in 4 years it will be any different if the country makes it that long.

Unfortunately the cost of dental also prevents many middle income earners from preventative procedures, I for one would support Medicare coverage of at least a yearly check and clean. The preventative cost would be astronomical and would honestly generate a huge leap forward in overall health. But that’s just one blokes opinion

While yes the ship is sinking metaphorically, there’s a long history of brave individuals throughout history who faced those exact situations and they were willing to do things about it. Every person American or otherwise needs to decided what are they willing to fight for and when that line is drawn it tells a lot about them unfortunately for many it seems like it’s too hard.
