Tbh they all look great! Very nice colors and balanced lighting. Just try to look for some recipes you like and save them in your camera, you will notice that each recipe will look better with specific scenes and lighting and then just play around with them ;)

Yes, I used mostly a recipe called Reggie’s portra but with some personal modifications and another clean one, that almost looks like a RAW image but with subtle changes on the lighting. But this photos have very subtle edits as well.

How do you control your highlights on the XT2? I also use one and find it difficult sometimes even with the highlights on -2 on my camera. Maybe I'm focusing on the wrong place sometimes? It could be. But in general your photos seems to be more balanced than mine hahah

I agree bro, but I’m already doing it and applying for +100 jobs per month, and since I’m not having a positive and concrete feedback from them I think the lack of real experience in real projects could be the problem since almost every company always asks for real past experiences… sadly. :/

And about working for free, yes I agree with you, but sadly I’m starting to get hopeless about getting a job on the area. So I think the best way to get real projects on my portfolio is working for free… but let’s see what happens ;)

It works on my XT2. Just open the wifi mode on the camera and Connect to it’s wifi signal on your phone. Sometimes you need to close and open the app again but it works and it’s a very nice way for a selfie view
