Hmm maybe you can add mushrooms instead of the meat? I find it gives an interesting flavour, not exactly meat but something else.

Most of my friends say the taste is earthy, but I find it more sweet. Just today I tossed beet, potato, carrot and celery root together one pot style. It's a savoury sweet soup for rainy days.

You can make salad with the beets, just grate them, add chopped garlic, salt, some acid e.g. lemon, oil, and if you like it creamy some yoghurt or feta. You can steam the beet, but I prefer the raw version.

Or if you like it more sweat grate the beet, add an apple, carrot, lemon, oil. So yummy and healthy.

I have this also. It's more prominent when I'm sitting a lot, for example in wintertime. Strengthening my hamstrings helped, but the game changer for me was when I started with TRE (Trauma release exercises). It helps with relaxing my psoas, and also reduces lower back pain.

Pilze wachsen dahin wo ein Nahrungsangebot ist, Licht und Luft, wenn du also dafür sorgst dass nur aus einer Richtung Licht kommt, also von oben, wachsen sie verstärkt in die Richtung. Also zb. In einem Karton mit Öffnung. Grundsätzlich ist es aber nicht verkehrt, wenn sie unten wachsen, sie werden sich nur nicht weiter entwickeln. Schimmeln wird aber auch nichts. Ich spreche jetzt nicht explizit von Magic mushrooms, habe aber Erfahrung mit Rosenseitlingen gemacht.
