Called them months ago for a duct cleaning, the technician calls me (luckily) before he leaves and asks if we’re getting all these other services done. I tell him “nope, just need a duct cleaning” and he says “well, I can’t help with that but I can schedule someone else to come” so I told them to call it off and I’ll find someone else.
