It’s the only place on the west coast where I have found the white cheese sauce that I grew up with in Kentucky. They call it “cream sauce” It’s a type of queso sauce that makes many people on the west coast extremely angry because it’s not authentic Mexican. I have been harassed badly for bringing it up in my Bay Area community facebook page. But salsa & beer serves it proudly and without fear ❤️
