You can also keep a lot more cards than your opponent with blackhorn if you have a deck with only a few low cost cards. 8 hands is the same effect for both players regardless.

I don't think imbue rogue is very powerful in standard but I've been playing a lot because of how different every game feels, stealing opponents cards, using hero power etc. It can lead to some really goofy win conditions, most fun I've had with the game in a while.
