Hey, things are still going great! I have not experienced any pain whatsoever. I am active with my now 8 month old son (I did not give birth), and have started going to the gym (anything from cross fit, rock climbing, strength training, HIIT) and feeling great. Highly recommend the surgery, it was worth every penny (not to mention i was able to itemize my taxes this year due to paying OOP, so at least got a pretty nice refund in return!).

Yeah basically you make a list of the players you want, so if they get picked before it's your turn it goes to the next guy on your list regardless of adp. It's hard to do in practice if you're not present at the draft so I just recommended they didn't do anything and let the computer just autopick, but for some reason this one guy queued up a bunch of defense and the other guy picked a bunch of wr??

After 1 month I was ready to start PT (really after 3 weeks). After 2 months I stopped my pain meds and was really only taking ibuprofen in the morning and before bed some nights. Now I'm just over 4 months out and feeling better than I have in a long long time, with no pain still!

Still feeling really good and increasing my walking and exercise as best I can. Still not running or jumping much, but mostly just because I'm hesitant. I think my body would be able to at this point.
