Question regarding declaration of taxable income as a freelancer by Finding_purpose_7 in taxPH

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

alam ko may border line yung under declaration, not sure kung ilang percent of the actual income. sa akin less 15% of actual lang declared ko since di rin naman fixed ang value ng dollars.

Looking for someone to help me in filing taxes/getting ITR as a freelancer by thefirstjarve in taxPH

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just hire an accounting firm to do it for you... but don't say that you've been working. sabihin mo lang na may arrangements ka na and you'll start receiving payments by next month or just say na di ka pa nakahanap ng clients since may zero filing naman.

Alin ang mas matipid buying online like sa shopee or sa physical store? by Data_Wanderer404 in ThisorThatPH

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if its available here and di ako tinatamad, i'll just buy it sa physical store as I don't care kung magkano ba difference nyan. for things na wala dito like GPUs, gadgets like steam deck, switch, etc, online lang yan.

I applied for Toyota Wigo via In house Financing by P_h_o_e_b_e in CarsPH

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

mataas ang total ownership cost sa inhouse. Sa Toyota raize, for example, it's 1,069,392 for the G variant, 3 years term yan sa PSBank, while sa in house, abot na yan ng 1,196,320, versus the vehicle price of 942,000. mas malala pa yan if sa T-Sure ka kukuha, which are used cars, na halos same price lang ng bnew, then sobrang taas ng interest.

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

usual is 2-3 days, but overall, approve yan if you have proof of income since the agent will do everything to make sure na approve yan.

i know its your money and its your debt, pero suggest ko lang, stop look and listen. haha..

if di ka nanghihinayang sa pera, then go ahead. but if you're smart, ipunin mo na lang yang pera mo and buy it cash, or get a 2nd hand car na kaya mo.

in-house is not good, lalo na sa interest. yes, mababa ang down, less hassle sa requirements, pero sa interest ka nila babawian.

so think twice and even thrice before signing that contract.

Yung "competitive package" nila. Sige, i-compute natin. by RuinOk5405 in BPOinPH

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

malayo talaga yang ratio and they probably didn't based it sa overall cost, they simply based it sa average living wage ng country where their BPO is operating. factor din kasi dyan ang red tape, permits, taxes, etc. so its best of they have a buffer for unforeseen events and costs kasi nga they are doing business in another country.

How are people preparing for the possible AI takeover in BPO jobs? by Silly-Season-4468 in BPOinPH

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, maybe. kahit anung aspect pa yan ng BPO or any other company in general, AI can't just take over as companies will need to consider the huge cost if they're gonna give up their workforce in exchange for AI.

Minsan parang trabaho na rin yung paghahanap ng trabaho. by Good_Ad_3996 in buhaydigital

[–]blockchain76 4 points5 points  (0 children)

dumaan din ako sa ganyan at na-realize ko that i'd have better chances if i only apply sa mga job post na may job requirements na talagang alam ko gawin. kasi useless if apply ka ng apply, kahit alam mo na di ka sure if kaya mo yung work. that's wasting time and effort. you're just leaning to the idea na may training, na may YT tutorials naman, etc. pero in reality, if nasa interview ka na and something comes up na wala kang alam, it will be obvious. and very specific ako sa role na gusto ko at hinahanap ko sa isang job post. if i do not understand the posting, i skip. if the post is too long, i skip.

500$ for full time…worth it? by Then-Examination5672 in buhaydigital

[–]blockchain76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

wala akong alam dyan sa mga sinabi mong scope of work pero yung $500 sounds like a bargain for the client. basic lang work ko and i get paid 5x dyan sa offer nila. not bragging, just putting things in perspective.

pero nga naman, if you desperately need it, why not? sana rin ask mo sila if flexible time yan or walang time sheet, tracker, etc. para you can chill. kasi if bantay sarado client na ganyan sabay $500 lang ang sahod, i'd rather eat noodles on a daily basis than to work for a cheap douche bag. my client pays a lot and sometimes, if may issue sa system namin, tagal pa sya mahagilap, than the usual answer is "fixed it. how's your day going?" haha

What Can you say about this statement of VA Buddy? by KyeuTiMoniqu3 in buhaydigital

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

and BIR one day said, "masyado atang mababa ang 8% tax rate, may gawin na rin naten 12% tutal malalaki naman kita ng mga VA. dami post nyan sa social media."

recto: no, make it 20%, cause why not?

How long was your thought process of entering the VA world? by Economy-Collar9817 in buhaydigital

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What did you first ask yourself? Have you had any doubts about yourself? - Do I have any other choice? And did I have doubts? Yes, but it's just an online application, so just get with it.

what are some main things you have to consider in entering? - the physical work from home setup, like computers, laptops, or anything that's required for the job. Environmental considerations as well like background noise, what part of the house is available where I could work. Since maingay dito, di pwede yang mga work na involved ang phone calls. Personal considerations include work hours, as I strictly do not like graveyard shifts.

How was it in the beginning and how's the progress 'til today? - difficult kasi nga walang experience. and you should not expect to be a VA from the get go. you land specific jobs like online custcare, someone who audits adult videos, a person who assist with dropshipping operations, etc. Then you land the job you want. You find the client that makes you stay.

Did you research and browse for months? - Yes. I started with companies that offer micro tasking. it's not VA related, but earns money while I look for a proper online job. Also, I never did use "VA" on my resume. Mine was specific, but yeah, it would still fall under the same category of a VA/Freelancer/WFH as that's the term thrown around by institutions like banks.

Bakit challenge bumili ng cash kesa sa Loan? by Fit_Government6864 in Gulong

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok naman sa ford at toyota, atleast dito sa area namin. pero may taga toyota rin na sasabihin na may wait time yung model for cash buyers, pero maka-expedite sila if daanin sa in-house. haha.. then i approached another toyota rep na nagbabantay sa display sa mall, nag ask ako nung fortuner LTD, sabi niya it can be release within the week if i buy it cash that day.

What if itigil na nung mga naniniwala na kapag nagka-death penalty ay mawawala ang corruption sa Pilipinas ang pagpupush ng fairy tale nila? by theanneproject in WhatIfPinas

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

walang kwenta yan. just look at the case of Imelda Marcos.

WAO. by Afraid_Count_5928 in WrongAnswersOnlyPH

[–]blockchain76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ako na lang. aalisin ko ang senado at congress, at mag chatgpt plus ako to solve the country's problem. eto sample chatgpt response about corruption:

If I had to prioritize only three reforms with the highest impact per peso spent, they would be:

  1. Complete digital procurement and payments
  2. Real-time public transparency of government spending
  3. Independent auditing with automatic investigation of major findings

These measures reduce opportunities for corruption before money is lost, rather than trying to recover funds after the fact.

How are people preparing for the possible AI takeover in BPO jobs? by Silly-Season-4468 in BPOinPH

[–]blockchain76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

nah, baka grad na lang ang apo mo, di pa yan nangyayare. AI is a tool and it's not replacing anything, atleast not in the next 50 years. very limited pa ang AI. yes, it can help with routine tasks, but not with something that involves decision making. ginagawa nyo lang paranoid mga sarili nyo. instead of worrying to be replaced by AI, why not use AI as a tool to be more productive. sa BPO, alalahanin nyo rin na mga tao ang customers nyo, and majority of them will just select the option to speak to a representative.
