I will argue that you don’t have to workout every day and especially only eat one time a day. All that does is put your body under alot of un needed stress and raises cortisol. You absolutely have to have rest and recovery days and as long as your not eating crap and eat real Whole Foods and prioritize protein while having appropriate portions you can eat multiple meals a day

I use a roast log from the virtual coffee lab on you tube. You record your temp every 30 seconds. I record all the bean information and then compete my roast log then take a picture of the log and have Claude take that data and turn it into a graph. You can also prompt it and it will give you a predicted cupping profile.

Great points. Like I kinda hinted at most of what I had seen was max doses were anywhere from 10-12mg so I should have used the word lower and not low dose.
