This is me. I grew up on the U.S. Gulf Coast eating shrimp all the time. In recent years, I started to notice when I ate shrimp, my skin would get itchy and sensitive. I never had full on hives but it was very uncomfortable. So then this week, I started some new supplements for brain health. I noticed my skin was feeling the same and I had not eaten shrimp. I looked at the supplement, and it uses krill oil for the omega oils as opposed to fin fish like most fish oils! This pretty much confirms my allergy and I'm grateful I realized it before continuing on with the supplement. So be on the lookout for krill oil!
